Chapel Hill ISD Local Classroom Review (LCR) Request Form

The Local Classroom Review (LCR) process allows parents/guardians to submit a formal request to review classroom instructional materials or assignments to ensure alignment with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), district-adopted High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM), and appropriate grade-level rigor. Please complete all fields. Submissions will be logged and acknowledged within five business days.
