CHISD Volunteer Application Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for Chapel Hill ISD. To ensure the safety of our students and staff, a criminal background check is required before volunteers can serve in Chapel Hill ISD schools. This process must be completed each new school year. Once approved, you will be added to the CHISD Approved Volunteer list shared with all of our campuses. You MUST be 18 years of age or older to apply.
